How it works

- Controlled substances and specialty medications can be delivered or picked up.
- For delivery: Have your provider send a new electronic prescription to The University of Kansas Health System Southlake Retail Pharmacy.
- Prescriptions can be delivered to your home, another preferred address (not work), or a FedEx hold-at/pickup location.
- The hold-at location will sign for your prescriptions and hold them in a safe location.
- You have seven days to pick it up.
- If you haven’t used the free delivery system before, a pharmacy team member will call to confirm your preferred delivery address and your payment method (for deductible/coinsurance or copay).
- To avoid delays, learn how to provide this information via MyChart.
