Student loan debt can be overwhelming on your budget and well-being. That’s why the health system has partnered with Fidelity to help you manage student loan debt and navigate the complex Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. PSLF is a federal program designed to reward those in public service jobs with a unique opportunity to have their federal loan balances forgiven — tax free.
All employees have access to Fidelity’s resources to help you take advantage of the federal PSLF program – for free. You may also use these resources to support family members.

If you qualify for PSLF, you’ll need to verify your employment. how to verify employment with the health system:
After login, choose Letters > PSLF Letter. This will generate a letter with the completed Employment Certification Form (ECF) and instructions to submit.
Note: Experian's PSLF fulfillment team does not submit your application, communicate with MOHELA/Fed Loans, or have any additional insight to your application status. Direct any questions regarding your status to MOHELA/Fed Loans or to your Fidelity representative if you’re using that program.
