Use these pharmacy resources to help you manage your prescriptions and address your questions.
CapitalRx pharmacy benefit website to look up the cost of medications under each medical plan (available by Sept. 15).
Capital Rx
- This is the health system’s pharmacy benefits manager (PBM)
- When you sign up for a health system medical plan, the information will appear on your medical plan ID card including instructions on how to use the Capital Rx and mobile app.
- Later this fall, use the member portal or mobile app to stay up to date on your medications.

MyChart to manage prescriptions at the health system pharmacy
- Use the MyChart website and mobile app to manage your health system pharmacy prescriptions.

Click “Sign Up Now” to get started. If you don’t have an activation code, use the option on the right side of the screen to enroll without one.
Medication Lists
- Formulary to view the list of covered medications; how to read your prescription drug formulary.
- Preventive drug list to view medications that help manage chronic conditions. HSA Advantage Plan members pay the Signature Plan copay for these medications, which is typically lower than the deductible plus coinsurance.
- Maintenance drug list to view the list of medications that are used to treat chronic health conditions. They must be filled for at least a 90-day supply where state and federal law allows and delivered to a preferred address by the health system pharmacy.
