You may choose from two plans for dental insurance, both offered by Delta Dental of Kansas: Basic Plan and Plus Plan. Both plans feature three provider network tiers: PPO, Premier and out-of-network. An easy way to always have your ID card with you is to register online and download the Delta Dental app.

Follow these steps to set up your account for the first time.
Now that you have an account, you’ll be prompted to log in.
If you forget your username, go to the Members page, click “Login” and then “Forgot Username?” If you have forgotten your password, enter your username, then click “Forgot Password?” to retrieve your information
Having the Delta Dental app on your phone allows you to manage your oral health anytime, from anywhere.
The Delta Dental mobile app is optimized for iOS (Apple) and Android devices. To download the app, use your device to visit the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Search for “Delta Dental mobile app.”

In addition to the two ID cards sent in the mail, there are more ways to access your ID card if you don’t want to carry it in your wallet, or if you need more ID cards for your family.
Your ID cards will always have the employee’s name on them, and all of your dependents on your plan will use that card.
