Prescription drug formularies

The prescription drug formulary lists the medications covered by your medical plan’s prescription benefit. Both the HSA Advantage and Signature plans cover the same medications.

Until Dec. 31, 2026, you will refer to the prescription drug formulary for 2026 to understand what you current benefit covers.

Starting Jan. 1, 2027, you will have a new formulary with some modifications from the current year.
