Get started today

  • Register: Visit KansasHealthSystemWellness.com
    and follow the steps under “Get Started.” When registering, you’ll need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) using the Duo mobile app. Use the tip sheet to accomplish the tasks below.
  • Download the wellness app: After you create your free account, tap into the program from the web portal and download the “Navigate Wellbeing” app to your phone or other device.
  • Sync your fitness tracker: Activate your digital tracker by syncing your device (smartphone, Apple watch or fitness tracker).
  • Spouses: If your spouse is enrolled in your health system medical plan, they’re able to join the wellness program for free, too! By creating their own account, they can access all the robust resources, track their health data, participate in challenges and more. Seeking Wellness Champions

Wellness Champions help employees across the health system be aware and take advantage of the free tools and resources available to them through the wellness program. If you have a passion for wellness and connecting with others, become a Wellness Champion! You’ll be first to know about activities and events, and we’ll empower you with tools to spread the word and rally your co-workers to participate. Learn more about becoming a Wellness Champion and help strengthen our culture of wellness.
