Our first virtual benefits fair was held last year to allow employees to talk to the Benefits team and benefits partners in the height of the pandemic. While taking the traditional in-person benefits fair digital was done for safety reasons, we have learned that employees like the digital format. Here are some of the advantages of a virtual expo:
- Convenience: you can visit any time you’d like, from anywhere you’d like using a computer or smart phone/device.
- Sharing: you can give the link to the virtual benefits expo to your spouse or other person you share decisions with so they can learn as well.
- Access: visit as often as you’d like. The expo is live year-round so you can always visit to learn more.
This year, the virtual benefits expo is better than ever with a more engaging platform and a site that’s easier to navigate. You can meet vendors, watch videos and load your cart with information to read later and share with your spouse.
